Warm greeting upon my arrival. Although I had an appointment I did spend more time there than I had hoped but during my wait I was made to feel valued & comfortable. Greg is the sales manager and I expressed that I wanted no haggling. There was no haggling instead Greg was forthright and transparent.
I love infinity of Bayside that’s the only place I take my car to for service . Marvin is extremely very helpful since. I been going there since 2014 my first infinity was a 2012 m37. I bought a 2017 Q70 in 2018 never had any major problems my car is in excellent condition. Everybody at infinity of Bayside is nice especially the service team.
Greg Carrion and Jeff Levin are excellent managers. Greg was able to secure loaner cars for me while my car was being serviced. Jeff Levin was able to pre-order and get my car from Japan very quick. They communicated well and were honest with me. They were responsive with quick phone calls/and or emails.
I had a great service experience at Bayside of Infinity. My service advisor, Eric, was great. He made me feel like one of his family members. He was able to locate what i needed and had me in and out quickly. I happy to Be part of The Infinity family!
I needed an oil change and a reset for my low tire notification... I called on Tuesday to set the appointment. The woman on the phone was very helpful in getting me an appointment for the next morning. I brought the cat in at 8am as was my appointment. The gentleman at the service desk was kind and cheerful. I thought I would have to leave the car and somehow get back from work to pickup... NOT... The job was done and I was out by 8:50... Wow. What a great customer service experience from being to end..

ERIC is the best. And now my car has no more noise.
I had a great experience I recommend this dealer they treat there customers well and with respect Chris and Greg was the best they really help me get in a vehicle I would recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to pay a visit to this dealership and be sure to ask for Chris and or Greg in sales. Very much appreciated the hospitality and honesty at Infinity of Bayside. It was always easy to keep in touch, and their advertised prices are their real prices! No bait and switch at any point and willing to do anything to make sure you leave happily. Give you final price before you even decide to buy the car, and it doesn’t change.

I'm so happy to be getting behind the wheel of a new Infiniti QX50. The redesign has made it more spacious and the interior is beautiful. I also felt safe as the staff and personnel wore masks, maintained social distance and closely monitored the amount of clients allowed in the dealership. I truly can say that I will be a lifelong customer.

Of all the car dealers we visited, Infinity of Bayide was heads and shoulders above the rest. For an expensive purchase such as a vehicle, Rai and Jeff were true professionals. They educated us, they followed up, and they were patient with our many questions. I recommend this dealer without any reservation.
I’ve been using this dealership and the one in Manhasset for years. They’ve always taken care of my cars and trucks. No sneaky tricks from service Departments or pushy sales people. I felt like family when Paul from the manhasset location or Marvin and Joe from the Bayside location would notify me that my car was cleaned and ready for pick up. I simply couldn’t go anywhere else. Awesome best sums the place up.

Staff is great. I've tried 3 Infiniti service centers in the New York and North Jersey area and this is by far the best. Waiting areas and restrooms are always clean. I've been here many times now and I'm happy with the service they provide.

More than just a dealership, it was a complete experience of excellent customer satisfaction. Greg went above and beyond making sure I got the vehicle I wanted, the color I wanted the model. He was very vigilant and went above what I expected. Michael, Ray, Bryan, and Jeff were all friendly, kind, warm and welcoming. I was treated like a family and was not dismissed or laughed at when I told them what I wanted and how much I could afford monthly. Ray took the time to explained some of the features of the vehicle, Michael went over my accounting details and my options, and Greg was sooooo patient with me. The color I wanted was not available in their store, but Greg did what he do best and I got exactly what I wanted. Greg also got lunch for my sister and I. I must say that the service I received was a surprise, I didnt expect to be treated like family. Thanks so much.

Went to bayside Infiniti the staff is absolutely incredible. They are very pleasant and professional. The general manager Michael Browne made me feel very comfortable when discussing my car deal and also made me feel like I was making a great choice.
I just purchased a car there and thanks to Chris Marte I was so happy with my purchase, he made it easy and simple he was helping me through everything. It was really stressful trying to get the right car for me but he made sure I was happy first. Even after I purchased the car he made sure I was ok since I caught a flat tire weeks later.
